From these were the islands of the Gentiles divided in their land, each according to his tongue, in their tribes and in their nations.

These are the tribes of the sons of Noah, according to their generations, according to their nations: of them were the islands of the Gentiles scattered over the earth after the flood.

The kings of Tarshish, and the isles, shall bring presents: The kings of the Arabians and Seba shall offer gifts.

For David, when his land is established. The Lord reigns, let the earth exult, Let many islands rejoice.

And they that dwell in this island shall say in that day, Behold, we trusted to flee to them for help, who could not save themselves from the king of the Assyrians: and how shall we be saved?
